Abstract:
CaII K line spectrograms were traced at various wavelengths along the slit and also along the dispersion at regular intervals. Statistical properties, root mean square variation, full width at half maxima, autocorrelation functions, power and coherence spectra of intensity variations and profile parameters are described and discussed. It is emphasized that the large scale feature contribution to the average profile, with particular reference to the coarse mottle structure, be properly taken into account in the multi component atmospheric models.
