dc.description.abstract	Photoelectric UBV magnitudes and colours have been determined for stars in the filed of NGC 1931. The reddening across the cluster varies from 0. ͫ 33 to 1. ͫ 20. A distance of 2.16 kiloparsecs has been estimated fro the cluster. It is concluded that the age of the cluster lies between the ages of NGC 6231 and NGC 2362 groups.	en_US
